Spiders BotThese Terms of Service govern your use of the Spiders Bot (Spiders Bot) platform available at app.spidersbot.com and all related services. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform: accessing or using it means you fully agree to be bound by them.
Acceptance of the terms
By using the platform or creating an account on it, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them and by the related Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a company or entity, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must stop using the platform.
Description of the service
Spiders Bot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for automating conversations on WhatsApp (through the official WhatsApp Cloud API), Messenger, and Instagram. It includes features such as building conversation flows without programming, AI agents, an in-chat online store with cash on delivery, abandoned-cart recovery, broadcast and drip marketing campaigns, SMS and email, auto-publishing from RSS, YouTube, and WordPress, a unified inbox, live chat, contact and label management, reports, team roles, and an affiliate program. We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts, registration, and responsibility for login details
To use the platform you must create an account with accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the platform for any of the following:
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages recipients have not consented to receive.
- Violating the policies of Meta andWhatsApp or any terms of the external platforms integrated with the service.
- Publishing or promoting any content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform, or gain unauthorized access to its data or systems.
- Using the service for impersonation, harassment, privacy violations, or breaking applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if any of these rules are broken.
Compliance with third-party platform policies
The platform relies on third-party services such as Meta, payment gateways, and AI providers. You must comply with those parties' policies and terms of use, and you bear responsibility for any action they take (such as blocking your number or account) as a result of your breach of their policies.
Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
The service is offered on monthly or yearly subscription plans priced in US dollars (USD). Fees are paid in advance, and the subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for paying all applicable fees and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice, effective for subsequent billing cycles.
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. On cancellation your service continues until the end of the current paid cycle and does not renew afterwards. Refunds are governed by the separate Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, its software, design, trademarks, and content belong to us or our licensors. Using the service grants you no ownership in them. Your data and the content you upload remain yours, and you grant us a limited license to use it only as needed to provide the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranty that it will be free of errors or interruption. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit or data arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or where there is a risk to the security of the service. You may also end your use at any time by closing your account.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the amended version on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the platform after the changes are published counts as your acceptance of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the company operates, and any disputes are referred to its competent courts, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
